    • Evaluation will focus on the nominee’s use of innovative and creative approaches in their leadership role, demonstrating an ability to think strategically and foster positive change. Examples of how the nominee has introduced novel ideas or solutions to challenges within the academic context.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    • Judges will assess nominee’s strategic thinking abilities in addressing challenges or pursuing opportunities within their leadership role. This includes examples of how the nominee has demonstrated forward-thinking, planning, and adaptability in their leadership activities.
  • Inclusivity and Positive Environment Contribution:
    • Judges will evaluate the candidate’s contributions to fostering inclusivity and creating a positive environment.
